'The Avengers' Breaks Opening Weekend Record with $200.3 Million!

The Avengers has blown it’s weekend box office competition out of the water!!! The superhero flick opened this weekend to a whopping $200.3 million, making it the biggest opening weekend of all time in North American history, according to THR. The previous record holder, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, opened with $169.2 million. Worldwide, The Avengers has made an amazing $641.8 million so far.
