Jessica Alba arrives at the 2012 Diane von Furstenberg Awards held at the United Nations on Friday (March 9) in New York City. “Heading to #DVFAwards 2nite! I’m so excited to be in a room with so many incredible women! Very inspiring!” the 30-year-old actress, wearing a DVF dress with Christian Louboutin heels, tweeted. The annual event “honors four recipients who have displayed leadership, strength, and courage in their commitment to their causes.” Each honoree receives a $50,000 award from The Diller-von Furstenberg Family Foundation to “sustain and expand their extraordinary contributions.” Oprah Winfrey also hit the stage to present an award. She helped honor Jaycee Lee Dugard, who was kidnapped when she was 11-years-old but found nearly two decades later.
