The 46-year-old actress wore a custom Vera Wang gown, a Judith Leiber clutch, Jimmy Choo shoes, and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry. Viola is nominated for Best Actress for her work in The Help. She is up against Glenn Close (Albert Nobbs), Rooney Mara (The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo), Meryl Streep (The Iron Lady), and Michelle Williams (My Week With Marilyn).
