Lindsay Lohan was allegedly assaulted early this morning (September 30) in New York City. The 26-year-old actress called the police after she claimed the incident occurred. Lindsay reportedly told police she confronted the man about the pics and he threw her on the bed causing scratches on her hands, according to TMZ. “While [Lindsay] did sustain some injuries, she was not hospitalized. The assailant was arrested and is currently in police custody. Lindsay has spoken with police and is fully cooperating with the investigation,” Lindsay‘s rep, Steve Honig said.
