Miley Cyrus keeps it cute and casual as she takes her neighbor’s car for a spin on Monday (May 21) in Toluca Lake, Calif. After parking her neighbor’s ride, the 19-year-old entertainer ran back to her own car. Miley made some friends at this year’s 2012 Billboard Music Awards! “I can’t find Brandy‘s official twitter!
