Kate Walsh meets up with Jesse Tyler Ferguson at Operation Smile‘s inaugural Smile Challenge held at the Canyons Resort on Saturday (March 31) in Park City, Utah. Lisa Kudrow, Glee‘s Cory Monteith and Harry Shum, Jr., and Jesse‘s Modern Family co-star Ty Burrell also showed their support for the charity, which provides surgeries for children born with cleft lips and palates. The event, which raised more than $200,000, featured a friendly dual slalom race with teams consisting of one celeb, a professional skier, and Operation Smile donors. Access Hollywood‘s Billy Bush and his team had the fastest time, while Kate took home the award for Most Improved Skier!
